The pain is there; when you close one door on it, it knocks to come in somewhere else...

Areas of Focus

Your pain is what brings you here, so I look at it as an opportunity for choice – the turning point when you choose to take the road to change.

Pain can take different forms, such as low self-esteem, panic, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, shame, loneliness, despair, grief, to name but a few, including combinations of two or more, and often accompanied by a physical disease.

The causes can also be different - trauma, bereavement, illness, abuse, bullying, addiction, developmental issues, loss, family or work difficulties, or every day dilemmas of contemporary life.

How I can help you?

Your personal distress is unique to you, as unique as it is the cause of it.  What really matters to me is the impact on your sense of self and your relationship with the rest of the world.

By being alongside you and with your pain, the pain becomes more bearable. In the warm, empathic and non-judgemental space,  we create the conditions you need to just be as you are, and really get to know yourself.

With increased self-awareness choices become available; you are no longer confused, stuck and powerless; you can begin to experiment new ways of being whilst in the safety of our relationship. Most importantly, in this process, you begin to change the most important relationship - the one with yourself.
